#21 Built in cabinet next to fireplace

There were a few glass panes broken out of these cabinet doors when we moved in. A couple years ago I was trying to decide what to do with them. I really wanted to find some old glass to replace them with, as old glass has a certain waviness you just can't hardly find now(I've since found out there's reproduction "old glass"). Then I had an idea. Always dangerous.
Lane does custom glass(see his link on sidebar). So, I contacted him, and we started brainstorming. His stuff ain't cheap, but he owed me a little money. We found a few graphic designs in magazines, and on the web. He put his creative mind to work. At first we were only going to do the long verticle panes, as 3 of them were missing. But he decided we "needed" to do a complete design. You see the results. We love it!! It's hard to photograph glass, so pardon the lousy pictures. It looks way better in real life.
